& TERMS
Please read the following carefully. By purchasing a ticket to or attending Into The Vault, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
1. Participation at Your Own Risk
Physical fitness activities carry inherent risks of injury, illness, and in extreme cases, death. By attending Into The Vault (the "Event"), you voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks. Neither Paradigm India, Vault by Virat Kohli (Rajouri Garden), nor any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, partners, sponsors, performers, or affiliates (collectively, the "Organisers") shall be held liable for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to property — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your attendance at or participation in the Event.
2. Medical Fitness & Pre-Existing Conditions
By registering for or attending the Event, you confirm that you are in adequate physical health to participate. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, recent injury, cardiovascular condition, respiratory condition, or any other health concern that may be aggravated by physical activity, exercise, loud music, or crowded environments, you are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical professional before attending. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any health incident arising from a pre-existing or undisclosed condition.
3. No Liability for Third-Party Actions
The Organisers are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or conduct of other attendees, performers, vendors, service providers, or any third parties present at the Event. Any disputes or incidents between attendees are solely the responsibility of the parties involved.
4. Personal Property & Belongings
Attendees are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings at all times. The Organisers accept no liability for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged property brought to or left at the Event venue.
5. Photography, Video & Media Consent
By attending the Event, you irrevocably consent to being filmed, photographed, recorded, or otherwise captured by the Organisers or their authorised representatives. Such recordings and images may be used by the Organisers for promotional, marketing, editorial, or social media purposes, without any compensation, royalty, or further notice to you.
6. Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
The Organisers reserve the right to alter, modify, postpone, or cancel any aspect of the Event — including but not limited to the programme, lineup, schedule, venue, or format — at any time and without prior notice. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a full cancellation by the Organisers. In the case of a rescheduled event, tickets will be valid for the new date and no refunds will be issued on that basis.
7. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner throughout the Event. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any individual from the Event at their sole discretion — including for disruptive, threatening, violent, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour — without refund or compensation of any kind.
8. Alcohol & Substances
If alcohol is available at the venue, it is the responsibility of each attendee to consume it responsibly. The Organisers are not liable for any injury, accident, or incident arising from the consumption of alcohol or any other substance. Attendees found to be in possession of or under the influence of illegal substances will be removed from the Event and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
9. Venue Rules & Compliance
Attendees must comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions of the venue (Vault by Virat Kohli, Rajouri Garden) and any applicable local laws. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and this disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this disclaimer or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
